Hung-Yeh comes from a family line of practitioners of Chinese Medicine. She was born in Taiwan
and
grew up in Germany, where she was first exposed to homeopathy. She graduated with a Magister Artium from the Albertus Magnus
University
of Cologne.
Hung-Yeh is a graduate of The School of Homeopathy
in Devon, England, one of the oldest established colleges of homeopathy in the
U.K. The School of Homeopathy plays a leading role in creating and maintaining the highest standards of training and practice in
homeopathy. Misha Norland is the founder and director of the School of Homeopathy. He is a Distinguished Fellow of the British
Society
of Homeopaths, which he helped to establish nearly 20 years ago.
Hung-Yeh's main post-graduate teachers are Jayesh Shah
and Rajan Sankaran. Both homeopaths are
internationally acclaimed practitioners
and teachers, with over 20 years of experience each.
Hung-Yeh is a founding member of the Maritime Society of Homeopaths (MSH), serving the Atlantic provinces of Canada. The Maritime
Society sets standards for competency to ensure that people in search of homeopathic treatment will receive the highest quality
care.
Hung-Yeh has lived in Halifax, Nova Scotia with her husband and two children, since 1990.
Hung-Yeh has extensive experience in treating a wide range of health issues, and gives attention to each patient as an individual,
concentrating on treating his or her specific physical and emotional symptoms. Homeopathic treatment works with the body's inherent
healing powers to bring long lasting benefit.
